Once your braces come off...

A removable upper retainer is placed and a lower bonded retainer is cemented. We follow your smile for another 12 months and during this time it is essential your retainers are worn full time to prevent any unwanted tooth movement.

After 12 months

We wean you off your upper retainer and recommend the lower retainer remain lifetime.
